Ants on a Tree (蚂蚁上树)

蚂蚁上树是一道传统的川菜,也是川菜中的经典菜式之一。它的主要原料是粉丝和猪肉末,粉丝看起来像是树枝,猪肉末则像是树上爬行的蚂蚁,因此得名“蚂蚁上树”。其制作方法是先将粉丝用热水泡软,捞出备用;然后将猪肉末和葱姜蒜等佐料炒熟,加入豆瓣酱、酱油等调味料炒匀,最后将泡好的粉丝加入锅中煸炒,使粉丝充分吸收汁水,烹制出一道香辣鲜美、口感软糯的川菜佳肴。

Mǎyǐ shàng shù shì yīdào chuántǒng de Chuāncài, yěshì Chuāncài zhōng de jīngdiǎn càishì zhī yī. Tā de zhǔyào yuánliào shì fěnsī hé zhūròu mò, fěnsī kàn qǐlái xiàng shì shùzhī, zhūròu mò zé xiàng shì shù shàng páxíng de mǎyǐ, yīncǐ dé míng “mǎyǐ shàng shù”. Qí zhìzuò fāngfǎ shì xiān jiāng fěnsī yòng rè shuǐ pào ruǎn, lāo chū bèiyòng; ránhòu jiāng zhūròu mò hé cōng jiāng suàn děng zuǒ liào chǎo shú, jiārù dòubàn jiàng, jiàngyóu děng tiáowèi liào chǎo yún, zuìhòu jiāng pào hǎo de fěnsī jiārù guō zhōng biān chǎo, shǐ fěnsī chōngfèn xīshōu zhīshui, pēng zhìchū yīdào xiānglà xiānměi, kǒugǎn ruǎn nuò de Chuāncài jiāyáo.

Ants climbing a tree is a traditional Sichuan dish and one of the classic dishes in Sichuan cuisine. Its main ingredients are vermicelli and minced pork. The vermicelli looks like branches, and the minced pork looks like ants crawling on the tree, hence the name “ants climbing the tree”. The production method is to soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft, then take it out for later use; then fry minced pork, onion, ginger, garlic and other condiments, add bean paste, soy sauce and other seasonings and stir well, and finally add the soaked vermicelli to the pot Stir-fry in medium to make the vermicelli fully absorb the juice, and cook a Sichuan cuisine that is spicy, delicious, and soft.
