大家 好。今天我会告诉你们怎么吃北京烤鸭。北京的烤鸭是再好不过的。 在中国， 别的 地方也有烤鸭，但是， 一般做得不地道。我今年夏天去了北京的潮阳区学习汉语，潮阳区有 一 家饭馆叫“大鸭梨。“  看名字就知道， 大鸭梨的招牌菜就是北京烤鸭，一只才六十八 块， 而够给四个人撑死! 我得跟大家说一下，这是无头鸭，带头鸭稍微贵一点。

北京烤鸭的吃法如何呢？典型北京烤鸭的佐料包括薄饼、甜面酱、小葱和黄瓜条。吃的时候就像墨西哥玉米饼一样，用薄饼把烤鸭和配料卷在一起吃，味道好极了！

我在北京也发现，有许多好喝而美国没有的饮料。比方说，酸梅汤是一个常喝到的饮料，也是大鸭梨自制的。我觉得吃烤鸭不要和喝乐或雪碧，喝酸梅汤才对。最后跟大家说，北京吃烤鸭当然最好，可是北京的饭馆也有一个好处， 就不用给小费。既然如此，我推荐大家找机会去北京，不妨打牙祭，填饱肚子，是烤鸭的荣幸。我觉得不到长城非好汉，不吃烤鸭真遗憾。现在肚子饿了，讲不下 去，谢谢大家。

Hello everybody. Today I'm going to tell you how to eat Peking Duck. There's no better duck than Peking Duck. In China, other places also have roast duck, but generally speaking they aren't the real thing. This summer I lived in Beijing's Chaoyang district to study Chinese. In Chaoyang there's a restaurant called "Big Duck Pear." You can tell by the name, the "Big Duck Pear's" specialty is Peking Duck. One duck is only 68 yuan, and is enough for four people to stuff themselves! I should tell everybody that this is the headless duck, if you want the head it's a little more.

How does one eat Peking Duck? Condiments served with typical Peking duck include pancakes, plum sauce, green onions and cucumber strips. When you eat it it’s like a Mexican tortilla, you use the pancake and  roll up everything in it, it tastes awesomely awesome!

I also discovered in Beijing, that there are a lot of good drinks that we don’t have in the states. For example, plum juice is commonly drunk, and the “Big Duck Pear” place makes their own. I think one shouldn’t drink Coke or Sprite with Peking Duck, you should have plum juice. I should also say, of course Beijing has the best Peking duck, but Chinese restaurants have other advantages, like you don’t have to leave a tip. That being the case, I recommend everybody go to Beijing, and don’t be shy [literally, don’t confine your mouth] stuff yourself, it’s an honor for the roast duck. They say if you don’t go to the Great Wall, you’re not Chinese, and if you don’t eat Peking Duck it’s a huge regret. Now I’m hungry, and can’t talk anymore, thanks everybody!

Wǒ déi gēn dàjiā shuō yīxià, zhè shì wútóu-yā, dàitóu-yā shāowēi guì yīdiǎn.

Běijīng kǎoyā de chīfǎ rúhé ne? Diǎnxíng Běijīng kǎoyā de zuǒliào bāokuò bóbǐng 、tiánmiànjiàng 、xiǎo cōng hé huángguā tiáo. Chī de shíhòu jiù xiàng Mòxīgē yùmǐ bǐng yíyàng, yòng bó bǐng bǎ kǎoyā hé pèiliào juàn zài yìqǐ chī, wèidao hǎo jíle！

Wǒ zài Běijīng yě fāxiàn, yǒu xǔduō hǎo hē ér Měiguó méiyǒu de yǐnliào. Bǐfangshuō, suānméi-tāng shì yīgè cháng hē-dào de yǐnliào, yě shì Dà Yā Lí zìzhì de. Wǒ juéde chī kǎoyā bùyào hé Kělè huò Xuěbi, hē suānméi-tāng cái duì. Zuìhòu gēn dàjiā shuō, Běijīng chī kǎoyā dāngrán zuìhǎo, kěshì Běijīng de fànguǎn yě yǒu yīgè hǎochu, jiù bùyòng gěi xiǎofèi. Jìrán rúcǐ, wǒ tuījiàn dàjiā zhǎo jīhuì qù Běijīng, bùfāng dǎ yá jì, tián bǎo dùzi, shì kǎoyā de róngxìng. Wǒ juéde "bù dào chángchéng fēi hǎo hàn, " bù chī kǎoyā zhēn yíhàn. Xiànzài dùzi è le, jiǎng bù xià qù, xièxie dàjiā.
